Dr Yong Sung CHOI

Yong grew up in Busan, South Korea.
His first encounter with chiropractic care was in 2003, while working as a translator at a traditional clinic in Seoul. There, he observed and was treated by a Canadian graduate chiropractor, which significantly improved his chronic sinusitis. Around the same time, he also served as a medic in the Korean 73rd Infantry Division, caring for soldiers with injuries and musculoskeletal issues. These experiences inspired him to pursue a career in chiropractic.

After completing his Master of Chiropractic at Macquarie University in 2009, Yong began his professional career at Newcastle Chiropractic Centre, the longest established chiropractic clinic in Newcastle, NSW. There, he learned the importance of accurate diagnosis and an evidence-based approach to provide the most effective care for each patient.

In 2013, he returned to Adelaide—where he had previously attended secondary school at Sacred Heart College—and has since been serving the communities of Warradale, Glenelg, and Marion.

Yong is a dedicated chiropractor who is passionate about supporting his patients’ overall health and wellbeing. He listens attentively, treating every patient with dignity and respect.

In his practice, he combines soft tissue release, gentle spinal manipulation and mobilisation, dry needling, electrotherapy, and tailored exercise recommendations. He also continues to update his skills and knowledge through ongoing training and further studies, ensuring he provides the best possible care with the latest treatment methods.

Ayumi focuses her practice on helping clients regain their comfort with daily activities.
She offers Deep tissue techniques, combined with compassionate care, like listening and breath work, to ease joint pain, improve mobility and find inner peace.

She likes to utilize both eastern and western modalities to customize treatments for her clients.
At Hands on Chiropractic & massage, Ayumi is dedicated to helping her clients feel their best, whether they are recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or simply seeking to reduce stress and promote relaxation.

Natcharan is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist and an accredited member of the Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture Society of Australia (CMASA).

She has over 3 years of professional experience in massage therapy, with skills in a variety of techniques including Remedial Massage, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Relaxation, and Traditional Thai Dry Massage. Natcharan is deeply compassionate and takes great care to provide personalised treatments with a warm and genuinely caring approach, always focusing on the unique needs of each client.

She finds it especially rewarding to help people release tension, ease pain, and restore balance, supporting their overall health and well-being.
Outside of work, Natcharan enjoys hiking and spending time in nature, which helps her stay active, grounded, and inspired.
